Welcome to Rizzo Wine Club Limited. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of wines, wine tastings, and wine events.

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.1. We are a business registered in the United Kingdom. Our services and sales are limited to customers located within the UK.

1.2. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or attend our events.

1.3. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.

1.4. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or refuse entry to our events at our discretion.

 

2. Wine Sales

2.1. All wine sales are subject to availability.

2.2. Prices listed on our website include VAT but exclude delivery charges.

2.3. Orders will only be processed once payment is received in full.

2.4. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location. We will provide estimated delivery times upon checkout. (Not applicaple at the moment) 

2.5. We are not responsible for delays due to external factors such as courier services, weather conditions, or customs regulations.

2.6. If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.

 

3. Wine Events and Tastings

3.1. Event tickets must be purchased in advance through our website.

3.2. Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to a different event if cancelled at least one week before the scheduled event date. Cancellations made within one week of the event are neither transferable nor refundable.

3.3. Attendees are expected to drink responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals.

3.4. Any inappropriate behaviour at our events will result in removal without a refund and a potential ban of our future events.

3.5. Allergies or dietary requirements must be mention at the time of booking to ensure we can accommodate your needs. Failure to provide this information in advance may limit our ability to make necessary adjustments.

 

4. Delivery Policy (Not applicaple at the moment)

4.3 We require an adult (18+) to be present to receive the delivery. Proof of age may be required. 4.4 If delivery is unsuccessful due to an absent recipient or failure to provide age verification, additional delivery charges may apply.

5.1. Orders for wines cannot be cancelled once shipped.

5.4. If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

5.6. Events cancelled by us will be refunded in full or the option to attend a rescheduled event.

6.1. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from the consumption of our wines.

6.2. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of our website content.
